These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the New Meta Gaming Arena (“Centre”) provided by Boinc Gaming Limited (“Company”). By accessing or using the Centre, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully before using the Centre.
- Centre Usage
1.1 Eligibility: The Centre is available to individuals who are at least 12 years old. Minors must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the Centre.
1.2 Hourly Rental: The Centre offers PC rental services on an hourly basis. You must pay the applicable hourly fee to use a PC at the Centre.
1.3 Valid Identification: You do no need to provide a valid form of identification unless explicitly asked by the member of staff which may include but not limited to, purchasing of alcoholic products or products containing nicotine, to prove a valid method of payment or in case of public disturbance, theft, or other forms of illegal activity.
1.4 Time Allocation: PC rentals are subject to availability. The duration of each rental session is determined by the chosen hourly package, and additional time may be purchased if available.
1.5 Booking Reservations: Reservations are strongly recommended to secure PC availability. Reservations can be made in person, over the phone, or through the Company’s website.
1.6 Conduct: You are expected to conduct yourself in a responsible and respectful manner while using the Centre. Any form of harassment, abuse, or disruptive behaviour towards other users or staff members is strictly prohibited.
- Fees and Payments
2.1 Hourly Rates: The Company charges an hourly rate for PC rentals. The current rates are posted at the Centre and on the Company’s website. Rates are subject to change without notice.
2.2 Payment Method: Payment for PC rentals must be made in advance, either in cash or by using the accepted forms of electronic payment available at the Centre.
2.3 Refunds: No refunds will be provided for unused time. However, in exceptional circumstances, such as technical failures, the Company may, at its discretion, offer a partial or full refund or credit towards future rentals.
- Liability and Disclaimers
3.1 Personal Property: The Company is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought into the Centre.
3.2 System Integrity: While the Company strives to provide a secure and stable gaming environment, it does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Centre’s PCs or network infrastructure.
3.3 User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for any actions you take while using the Centre’s facilities, including any consequences that may arise from the use of third-party software or services.
3.4 Health and Safety: It is your responsibility to ensure your own health and safety while using the Centre. The Company is not liable for any injuries or health issues that may occur during your visit.
3.5 Parental Responsibility: Parents or legal guardians are responsible for the behaviour and safety of their children while using the Centre’s facilities.
- Intellectual Property
4.1 Ownership: The Company retains all ownership rights to the PCs, gaming consoles, software, and other equipment provided in the Centre.
4.2 Prohibited Activities: You must not engage in any activities that infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others, including unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification of copyrighted materials.
4.3 User Content: Any content created or shared by users within the Centre remains the property of the respective users. However, by using the Centre, you grant the Company a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content for promotional purposes.
- Termination
5.1 Violations: The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Centre at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in behaviour that poses a risk to other users or the Company’s operations.
5.2 No Refunds: In the event of termination due to violations, no refunds or credits will be provided for any remaining rental time.
- Miscellaneous
6.1 Amendments: The Company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Notice of such changes will be provided through the Centre or the Company’s website.
6.2 Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
6.3 Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms, or the use of the Centre shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England.
By using the Centre, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
